Developer AddaZero has just filed plans this past Wednesday to build a new 33-unit building at 4760 Melrose ave. at Harvard Blvd. The new building is 5-stories and features 834-sqft of commercial space. The project is showcasing "micro" or "petite" condos, each unit according to architect, Graham Ferrier, will range from 356 to 586 sqft and feature sleeping lofts. 14-foot tall walls of glass, 17-foot ceilings and roll-up facades that lead to balconies and even terraces will highlight each unit. 30 private parking spaces and a shared rooftop deck.
